S/4HANA, BTP and Integration Suite, Delivered Clean Core from the First Transport.

We design, build and verify SAP landscapes for enterprises that cannot afford a second go-live. Public and Private Cloud, RISE, on-premise. Integration Suite flows from a pattern library with a written contract per interface and a read-back check after every run. Clean Core by default.

What We Deliver

01

S/4HANA programmes and Clean Core extensions

Greenfield, conversion and selective transition on Public Cloud, Private Cloud, RISE and on-premise. Extensions live on BTP; the core stays upgradeable. Architecture decisions are written down before they are built.

Deliverablestarget architecture, extension register, transport strategy, cutover plan, hypercare runbook.

02

Integration Suite and CPI

Flows from a pattern library with a domain contract per interface, error handling by design, and automated read-back against SAP after every run.

Deliverablesinterface catalog, flow contracts, monitoring runbook, evidence pack.

03

Module depth where money moves

PS/EPPM, Tools & Equipment Management, MM/P2P, O2C, inventory, finance, workforce. Configuration and extension by people who have run these modules live, including in engineering and construction, banking and insurance, manufacturing and pharma.

Deliverablesprocess design, configuration rationale, test evidence, training material.

How we work

Specify. Build. Verify. Then Ship.

The reason our integrations do not come back: every flow has a written contract before it has code, and a read-back check after it runs. The same method builds Value Lens.

  1. 01

Specify — two weeks, fixed scope, fixed price.

Landscape and architecture review. Domain contracts, interface specs, policy versions, a prototype scope. You leave with an architecture you can act on, whether or not you continue with us.

SAP & ERPTwo-week Clean Core and Integration Suite readiness review: extension register, interface inventory, upgrade risks, a fixed-price build scope.

  2. 02

    Build.

Clean Core extensions on BTP. CPI flows from a pattern library. AI-assisted generation for repeatable objects, every artefact reviewed by a certified architect before it reaches your landscape.

  3. 03

    Verify.

Automated read-back against SAP after every run. Reconciliation to SAP totals. An evidence pack your auditors and InfoSec can read.

  4. 04

    Ship and run.

Cutover, hypercare, runbooks, handover to your team, with a named engagement lead (a role on the team, not a rotating bench) who stays through run. We do not hand you a deck and leave. We stay until it runs.

Checklist

24 questions to ask before your next CPI or BTP extension project: contract, error handling, read-back, transport, ownership.

Questions

Do you work on RISE with SAP and S/4HANA Public Cloud, or only on-premise?

All four: Public Cloud, Private Cloud, RISE and on-premise. Clean Core is our default on every one, because it is what keeps the upgrade path open.

What does "a written contract per flow" mean?

Each interface has a document stating source, target, fields, transformations, error behaviour and the read-back check that proves it ran. It exists before the integration flow does.

How do you keep integration delivery cost down?

A pattern library, contracts that stop rework, AI-assisted generation of repeatable objects reviewed by an architect, and read-back checks that catch defects before hypercare does.

Can you take over an existing landscape with undocumented interfaces?

Yes. The two-week discovery produces the interface inventory and the extension register first.

Do you provide application management after go-live?

Yes, as run-and-extend with the same team that built it and a named engagement lead.

Do you work with SAP partners as well as end customers?

Yes, white-label or co-delivered. See the partner band below.
