Approach

TOGAF Discipline. Clean Core by Default. Quality Gates You Can Inspect.

This page is for the people who have to approve us: procurement, InfoSec, internal audit, the head of SAP. It states how we run SAP, cloud and AI work, what we hand over at each gate, and what we refuse to do.

A 45-minute call with an architect, not a salesperson. Replies within one business day.

  • TOGAF 9 · Clean Core · ADRs
  • Contract per flow · Read-back per run · Evidence pack
  • NDA before discovery · Least privilege · Your identity provider

The four gates

Specify. Build. Verify. Then Ship.

The reason our integrations do not come back: every flow has a written contract before it has code, and a read-back check after it runs. The same method builds Value Lens.

  1. 01

Specify — two weeks, fixed scope, fixed price.

Landscape and architecture review. Domain contracts, interface specs, policy versions, a prototype scope. You leave with an architecture you can act on, whether or not you continue with us.

    • Domain contracts
    • Interface specs
    • Policy versions
    • Prototype scope
    • Fixed-price proposal
  2. 02

    Build.

Clean Core extensions on BTP. CPI flows from a pattern library. AI-assisted generation for repeatable objects, every artefact reviewed by a certified architect before it reaches your landscape.

  3. 03

    Verify.

Automated read-back against SAP after every run. Reconciliation to SAP totals. An evidence pack your auditors and InfoSec can read.

  4. 04

    Ship and run.

Cutover, hypercare, runbooks, handover to your team, with a named engagement lead (a role on the team, not a rotating bench) who stays through run. We do not hand you a deck and leave. We stay until it runs.

AI-assisted engineering

Repeatable SAP Engineering, Faster. With a List of What We Never Automate.

We use our own AI-assisted tooling for the repeatable parts of integration and extension work. Every generated artefact is reviewed by a certified architect before it reaches your landscape.

What we accelerate
  • Mapping specifications from domain contracts
  • Integration flow scaffolds from the pattern library
  • Test cases and read-back checks
  • Runbooks and handover documentation
  • Clean Core extension boilerplate on BTP
What we never automate
  • Transport approval
  • Production changes and cutover decisions
  • Anything that writes to SAP without a confirmed reviewer
  • Financial calculations inside an LLM
  • Sign-off on an evidence pack

Generated artefacts carry a review record naming the reviewing role and the check performed. The record is part of the evidence pack.
